Customers must upload clear and usable images
We reserve the right to reject low-quality or unusable photos

3. Credits & Subscription
Our services may operate on a credit-based system
1 portrait = 1 credit (unless specified otherwise)
Credits are deducted only after order acceptance

4. Delivery
Standard delivery time: 24–48 hours (may vary based on workload)
Delays may occur during high-volume periods

5. Revisions
Minor revisions may be provided (as per plan)
Major changes or new artwork may require additional credits

6. Intellectual Property
Final artwork is provided for personal or commercial use as agreed
Wintage.art retains the right to showcase work (with permission)
