Orders are processed using a credit system
Credits are deducted only after order approval

3. Order Approval Condition
If the submitted image is not suitable for processing,
👉 the order will be rejected
👉 no credits will be deducted OR credits will be automatically refunded

4. Refund Policy
Once artwork is completed and delivered,
👉 no refunds will be issued

5. Exceptions

Change of mind after delivery
Incorrect expectations not aligned with provided samples
